This software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author is not responsible for any damages or negative outcomes that may result from using this software, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss or corruption — unintended deletion or modification of media files, database corruption, or failed backups
  • Security incidents — vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, or exposure of credentials and API keys
  • Misconfigurations — incorrect lifecycle rules, integration settings, or scheduled actions that produce unintended results
  • Impact to connected services — any effect on your Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, or Seerr instances
  • Service disruptions — downtime, data unavailability, or performance degradation

You are solely responsible for your own configuration, data, security, backups, and any consequences of running this software in your environment. It is strongly recommended that you:

  • Maintain independent backups of your media and configuration
  • Test lifecycle rules with actions disabled before enabling automated actions
  • Review the actions a rule will take before enabling action execution
  • Use delay periods on lifecycle actions to allow time for review
  • Secure your deployment appropriately for your network environment

This project is maintained on a best-effort basis. There are no guarantees regarding:

  • Continued development, feature additions, or roadmap commitments
  • Timely bug fixes, security patches, or dependency updates
  • Long-term availability, support, or backwards compatibility
  • Compatibility with future versions of Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, or Seerr

The project may be discontinued, archived, or transferred at any time without notice. If you rely on this software, you should be prepared to fork and maintain it yourself.

This codebase was 99.999% written by AI. This means:

  • The vast majority of application code, tests, documentation, and configuration was generated using AI tools
  • All Issues submitted to the GitHub repository will be triaged and responded to using AI
  • All Pull Requests will be reviewed, evaluated, and processed using AI — specifically Claude Code by Anthropic

By using this software or contributing to the project, you acknowledge and accept that AI tooling is used extensively in both the development and maintenance of this project.
